These Terms of Use govern your use of the Bobcats Community mobile application ("the App") and any related services provided by I am iT Web Hosting, located in Fayetteville, Tennessee ("the Company"). The App is designed for use by students, coaches, teachers, family members, and past alumni of the Giles County Bobcats, in Pulaski, Tennessee. By using the App, you agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations and to use the App solely for lawful purposes.

All data uploaded to the server through the App will be stored securely on I am iT Web Hosting's private servers. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bullying is strictly prohibited, and if such behavior occurs, you will be billed for all legal fees incurred.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
